Regular Wings vs Party Wings - What is the Difference?
Regular wings are whole chicken wings as they come - one piece per wing. Party wings are whole wings that have already been cut into two pieces: the flat and the drumette. Party wings are smaller, cook faster, and are easier to eat. If your recipe calls for a certain number of wings, check the label - a 4 lb bag of party wings contains significantly more pieces than a 4 lb bag of whole wings.
